A champion of wholistic wellbeing, Peyton is a Global Marketing Manager for Nutiani, wellbeing nutrition solutions from NZMP, the ingredients business of Fonterra. Peyton is known for generating and harnessing global consumer insights, industry networking and technical collaboration to identify key trends and messaging opportunities across the active living nutritional marketplace. Her diverse B2B and B2C marketing experience spans brand development, packaging design, concept development, new product launches and more, and she is intimately skilled in promoting consumer products, contract manufacturing services and specialty ingredients.
Previously she held various marketing roles at Agropur, a global dairy leader, and Superior Fresh, LLC, the world’s largest aquaponic farm.

Jacqueline Van Schaik
Jacqueline brings over 19 years’ experience in the global food and beverage industry along with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a minor in Marketing and Consumer Science from Wageningen University. As a global lead nutritionist she is currently she is responsible for providing nutritional knowledge and oversight, as well as supporting the research and development of innovative nutritional solutions that meet consumer needs in the health, wellbeing, and medical space at Fonterra.
